𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗟𝘂𝗸𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗔𝗜

Luke Builds AI teaches founders how to build AI agents that take real work off their plate. Luke's videos of his own AI agent calling him with updates on his business have gone viral, and a lot of the people who watch them want an agent like that for themselves.

His paid Skool community is where founders turn that into agents doing real jobs in their business, one job at a time, with Luke and the other members helping when they get stuck. The community is relaunching with a 5-day build challenge, and we're hiring someone to look after the members as it grows.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

You are the person who makes members feel looked after. You welcome every new member, help them get their first agent working, notice when someone goes quiet, and reach out before they cancel. Members stay when they get results, and helping them get there is your job.

We are looking for someone who will make this community their number one priority. This is where you put your time and energy every day. You go above and beyond for members without being asked, because you want to see them win and you want this community to be the best one they have ever been part of.

You will have full accountability for member retention: how many members stay, how active the community is, and how members feel about being part of it.

You will also look after Luke's community outside Skool, including comments and DMs on his social media and incoming brand deal requests.

You will work closely with Luke and report to Synchro Social, the agency that runs his content, emails and launches.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝘄𝗻

• 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: welcome every new member and get them to their first win as fast as possible.

• 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: check in on members who go quiet, catch cancellations before they happen, and find out why people leave.

• 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆: post every day (discussion prompts, wins threads, resources) so the community never goes quiet.

• 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: answer questions, help members get unstuck, and flag anything broken (a video that won't play, a missing doc) the same day.

• 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀: collect member questions before Luke's weekly call, and post the recording with a short summary after.

• 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗽𝘂𝘁: share what members ask for and get stuck on, bring ideas for new course videos, and help keep the classroom organized.

• 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆: reply to comments and DMs on Luke's social media, start conversations, and hide spam.

• 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀: keep incoming brand deal requests organized and get the details to Luke for approval.

• 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: new members, active members, cancellations, and the best member wins.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

We want someone who cares about people and loves seeing them win. You are warm, quick to reply, and organized enough that no member gets missed. You take pride in going the extra mile, and you treat this community like it's your own.

• You are ready to make this role your main focus and give it your full time and energy.

• Experience managing an online community (Skool, Circle, Discord or similar), ideally a paid membership.

• Hands-on experience with AI. You have set up or used an AI agent yourself, so you can help a member who is stuck and know when a question needs Luke.

• Fluent English with warm, clear writing, and the ability to write in Luke's voice.

• Comfort managing comments and DMs on Instagram and other social platforms.

• Organized and responsive, with real follow through.

• The ability to stay calm under pressure and take ownership without being managed closely.

• $1,800 to $2,000 USD per month, depending on experience.
