Information about the position As a Manager of Community Support in the Resource Planning field, you will be driving accurate forecasting of resources for multiple markets and business lines to ensure precise staffing amount to serve Vinted’s members, scheduling accuracy, queue planning and analysing, also scheduling adherence and conformance to achieve agreed service levels. In addition, You will be responsible for the Resource Analysts team, defining their responsibilities based on their strengths, and driving the achievement of results. You will drive performance while developing team specialists and helping them grow as professionals, setting the vision and following through on deliverables. In addition, a significant aspect of this role involves proactiveness and independent analysis to provide support for the team and align with the strategic objectives of the company. It is a 2 years fixed-term role (maternity leave cover). In this position, you’ll Lead precise forecasting and drive scheduling strategy Take ownership for enhancing the efficiency of scheduling, as well as achieving better adherence and conformance outcomes, with the aim of boosting agents' productivity Define best practices in resource planning to be used Take ownership of appropriate actions in response to the situation to attain the desired outcomes in terms of service level Build and nurture a team of resource analysts while implementing and enhancing goals for team members and workforce management at the organisational level Select tools to keep track of performance and identify areas for improvement Develop a strong understanding of employees’ skills, experience, and potential to advise management on effective staffing decisions About you Possess a strong background in data analytics, demonstrating the ability to effectively analyze data and discover underlying trends or causes Have experience in leadership role or a proven track record of growth towards a leadership role Experience in workforce management or/and real time management fields, analytics fields or relevant fields You are able to co-create with other teams and to keep them up to date on performance and improvement plans Have excellent influencing and negotiating skills, well able to communicate across all levels You are able to drive improvements/automation and etc. within team (responsibilities and tools) You are able to collaborate and drive the best solutions for all Functions and Partners inside and outside of the Organisation Strong motivation and proactiveness in driving projects and managing team Proficient in Ms Office Excel and other analytical tools (For ex., Looker, SQL, Bigquery, Claude, Google workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slides and etc.) to manipulate, analyse and present data Work perks The opportunity to benefit from our share options programme 25 working days of holiday Access to all the tools & tech needed for work Home office support: we provide IT workstation equipment and a personal budget of up to €540 for home workplace furniture Private health insurance Confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family Pension plan with flexible contribution options and a matching contribution from Vinted Frequent team-building events A personal monthly budget for shopping on Vinted A dog-friendly office In Vilnius office: gym & in-house meals at friendly prices In Kaunas office: a monthly lunch allowance, and a once-a-week provided in-house lunch and breakfast Working at Vinted Workation policy Better balance holidays with workdays by working remotely!
