Compensation Analyst | Benefits Coordinator

Role Description As the Owner, you will oversee the strategic direction, operations, and growth of Work in Dubai* Qatar* Kuwait & Gulf in a part-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining business goals, managing online presence and brand positioning, and supervising key initiatives related to recruitment, networking, and client engagement. You will identify and develop partnerships, evaluate new market opportunities, and refine service offerings based on feedback and performance metrics. The role also involves setting budgets and priorities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and guiding contractors or team members as the business expands. You will regularly review business performance data, adjust strategies, and ensure a positive, ethical, and inclusive experience for all users and partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or leading a small business or startup.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, decision-making, and setting clear business objectives and priorities.
• Experience with online platforms, digital tools, and remote collaboration to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
• Solid understanding of or interest in Gulf region markets (e.g., Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait) and their business or employment landscapes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to build partnerships and interact with clients, stakeholders, and collaborators.
• Basic financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and evaluating return on investment.
• Ability to work independently, manage part-time hours effectively, and adapt to changing business needs.

• Relevant education in business, management, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
