Role Description This part-time Compensation Analyst | Benefits Coordinator role is a hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves analyzing compensation data, supporting job analysis and evaluation activities, and assisting in designing and maintaining compensation structures aligned with organizational objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing reports on pay practices, reviewing benefits offerings, and coordinating with management to ensure competitive and compliant compensation and benefits packages. The position also requires collaboration with HR and leadership to address compensation-related inquiries, support policy documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of total rewards programs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Compensation Planning and Compensation Management to support competitive and equitable pay practices.
• Ability to perform thorough Job Analysis and Job Evaluation to inform role classifications and salary decisions.
• Knowledge of designing and maintaining Compensation Structures that align with business goals and market benchmarks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; professional HR or compensation certifications are an advantage.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and HR systems, strong analytical and numerical skills, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, ability to handle confidential information responsibly, and capacity to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Experience in real estate, consulting, or a similar client-focused industry is beneficial, along with familiarity with regional labor market trends.
