Organizational Development Manager

Role Description The Organizational Development Manager (part-time, remote) is responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and support a high-performance culture at Omoda & Jaecoo PK. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current organizational structures and processes, conducting needs analyses, and recommending development interventions aligned with strategic goals. The role will develop and facilitate leadership development programs, support HR in talent management and succession planning, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive change management initiatives. The manager will analyze data and feedback to evaluate the impact of organizational development projects and continuously refine strategies to strengthen engagement, collaboration, and performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose organizational issues, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Candidates should possess skills in Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness to design and implement interventions that improve structures, culture, and processes.
• Candidates should possess experience in HR Management to collaborate on talent development, performance management, and change initiatives.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Leadership Development to create and deliver programs that build managerial and leadership competencies.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in organizational change projects, excellent communication and facilitation skills, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and familiarity with the automotive or technology sectors.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
