As a Compliance Specialist at Midas, you will support daily compliance operations, review customer activity, and help manage financial crime risks. You will contribute to effective compliance processes that support Midas’s growth.

What You'll Do

  • Review customer activity and transactions to identify potential compliance risks.
  • Support customer onboarding checks and investigate screening alerts.
  • Assist with official information and documentation requests.
  • Follow up on compliance cases and contribute to process improvements.

    • What You'll Bring

  • Experience in compliance or AML operations, preferably within financial services.
  • A basic understanding of MASAK regulations and compliance processes.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ownership and effective task follow-up skills.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
