About the Role

Turn existing raw videos into consistent YouTube content. Edit and publish long-form videos, then help repurpose them for LinkedIn and other social channels. The role values clear, practical editing and reliable publishing.

Key Responsibilities

Edit YouTube videos using cuts, trimming and captions that keep the content clear.
Upload and publish content on a regular schedule.
Repurpose footage into clips and social posts where needed.
Manage your work proactively and keep deadlines without repeated reminders.

Qualifications

At least one year posting consistently for a brand, podcast or creator and managing its social accounts.
Hands-on YouTube long-form editing and channel-publishing experience.
A portfolio with accounts you managed and videos you edited.

Nice-to-Haves

LinkedIn company-page posting and short-form editing with CapCut, Descript, Opus Clip or similar tools.

Work Schedule

Part-time. Weekly hours and the working schedule will be agreed during selection.

Compensation

USD 250–1,000 per month
