About Venguild

Venguild is a bootstrapped startup based in the Philippines, building a Gamified Career, Learning and Social Networking Platform connecting real-world experience with professional opportunities and an evolving adventurer identity.

We are currently pre-revenue, targeting commercial readiness within approximately six months.

We’ve spent the past 20 months building Venguild, balancing development with full-time work and side gigs. We understand that people have existing responsibilities. What matters is a serious commitment to building, delivering, and taking ownership.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a founder-level thinker: someone who believes in the product, sees its potential, and can picture themselves helping build this company from the ground up.

Full-time availability is not required. Consistent contribution is. This opportunity suits someone prepared to make decisions, execute independently, and stay accountable—not someone treating the venture as an occasional pastime.

About the role

Depending on your experience, your scope may focus on:

• Investment relations and strategic partnerships.
• Hands-on marketing, content, campaigns, and community growth.
• Marketing leadership as a full-time or Fractional CMO.

Responsibilities and measurable deliverables will be agreed based on your strengths, availability, and the company’s priorities.

Equity and commitment

This is an output-based, equity-based co-builder opportunity. Equity terms will reflect the agreed role, scope, commitment, and contribution, and will be documented before onboarding.

There is no salary or guaranteed cash compensation at this stage. Any future paid arrangement will require a separate agreement.
