Wealth Creators | Remote | Part-Time

Compensation: $500–$800 USD/month, depending on experience and agreed scope

Wealth Creators is seeking an experienced Community Growth & Monetization Manager to grow The Credit Lounge, our Skool community focused on credit education, business funding education, and financial growth.

We’re looking for someone who can independently attract qualified members, strengthen engagement, improve retention, and convert interest into paid memberships through clear value and effective follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for free and paid memberships.
• Improve member onboarding, participation, and retention.
• Plan discussions, challenges, events, and member engagement campaigns.
• Build and improve the journey from new member to paying member.
• Coordinate with our content and marketing team on community promotions.
• Track member growth, free-to-paid conversions, recurring revenue, and cancellations.
• Provide weekly reports outlining results, lessons learned, and next steps.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience growing and monetizing a paid online community.
• Hands-on Skool experience preferred; proven results on Circle, Mighty Networks, or similar platforms considered.
• Ability to explain your personal contribution to measurable membership and revenue growth.
• Experience with onboarding, email follow-ups, retention, and member reactivation.
• Strong written communication, organization, and independent execution.
• Availability for agreed collaboration hours with a US Central Time team.

General social media or content creation experience alone is insufficient for this role. Applicants should have direct experience producing paid-community growth or monetization results.
