Content Creator / Videomaker (junior role)

About the role

You'll work closely with our Social Media Manager to create engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts and paid advertising. From filming to editing, you'll be involved in the entire creative process.

What will you do?

• Shoot and edit engaging short-form videos, including product ads, social media content, Reels, TikToks and Shorts.

• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager, turning creative concepts and briefs into finished, social-first videos.

• Take ownership of the video production process, from preparing shoots and filming to editing and final delivery.

• Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools.

• Bring fresh ideas, creative storytelling, editing techniques and trends to make our content stand out.

• Experiment with different video formats, hooks and visual styles to create content that captures attention.

• Help create authentic, engaging content that brings Vilgain products and our brand to life.

What do we expect from you?

• You're a recent graduate or someone early in your career with a passion for videomaking, content creation and social media.

• Some hands-on experience filming and editing short-form videos, whether for your own social media, personal projects, university projects or brands.

• Comfortable working with a camera or smartphone and editing in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.

• A good eye for visuals, storytelling, composition and video editing.

• Understanding of what makes content engaging on TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social media platforms.

• Creative, proactive and comfortable bringing your own ideas to the table.

• Able to work independently, take feedback and deliver content on time.

• Based in Singapore and available for a full-time, in-person role.

• Nice to have: Experience with After Effects, motion graphics or performance advertising creatives.

• Nice to have: Comfortable being in front of the camera and creating natural, engaging videos.

• Big advantage: Hands-on experience creating AI-generated videos, experimenting with AI video tools and incorporating AI into creative workflows.
