Role Description

The Content Presenter & Client Experience Intern is a contract role based in Lagos State, Nigeria, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site client interaction and some work-from-home content tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting property features in person and via digital channels, supporting property viewings, and helping explain rental and short-let options to prospective clients. The intern will assist with creating basic marketing content for social media and messaging platforms, responding to client inquiries, and gathering feedback to improve client experience. Additional tasks may include updating property listings, coordinating with the property management team, and maintaining clear records of client interactions. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in client-facing real estate services and content presentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain property details and rental options clearly to diverse clients.
• Basic content creation abilities, including simple copywriting for listings, social media posts, and client-facing messages.
• Customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and professional client interaction in person and online.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple property inquiries, appointments, and follow-up tasks efficiently.
• Comfort using common digital tools and platforms (e.g., email, messaging apps, social media, basic office software).
• Interest in real estate, property management, or hospitality, with willingness to learn about Lagos rental and short-let markets.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, including on-site visits within Lagos and remote tasks, while maintaining reliability and punctuality.
• Relevant academic background or ongoing studies in fields such as communications, marketing, business, or related disciplines is an advantage.
