Content Strategist & Creator — Remote (Worldwide)

Launch & Ledgers is hiring a content strategist and creator to lead our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. This is a remote, freelance role open to applicants worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute a content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with growth goals
• Create content yourself — filming, basic editing, and posting
• Apply SEO principles to social content (captions, hashtags, keywords, discoverability)
• Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow — not just for writing captions, but for ideation, research, and optimizing content strategy

Who We’re Looking For

• Portfolio required. Applications without a portfolio or past content samples will not be considered.
• You’ve grown a social account from scratch — ideally you can show a real example of taking a page or creator from near-zero to meaningful followers through organic strategy (no paid ads).
• You’re AI-fluent — comfortable working with Claude, Gemini, and Copilot, not only ChatGPT. You understand how to actually use these tools to think, not just generate generic output.
• We’re looking for someone early in their career with a sharp, creative mind — not someone with 10+ years of traditional agency experience. We value fresh thinking over legacy habits.
• Comfortable creating content with simple, accessible gear: a smartphone, basic lighting, and a clean, clutter-free background. No professional studio setup required or expected — we’re prioritizing content quality, creativity, and consistency over production value.
• Light editing skills (basic cuts, captions, pacing) — we’re not expecting heavy post-production.

What You’ll Bring to Your Application

• A portfolio or link to past work (social accounts you’ve grown, content you’ve created, results you’ve driven)
• A short note on your experience with AI tools in your workflow
• Any examples of organic growth you’ve led — before/after follower counts, engagement, etc.

Compensation

$500–$1,000 fixed, based on experience and scope.
