Contract Operations Coordinator

Location: Pakistan (Fully Remote)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Contract: Full-Time, 12-Month Contractor

Rate: £28 per day

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations across order fulfilment, supplier management, inventory, planning, and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience who is looking to develop a broad range of operations and supply chain skills within a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate retail and e-commerce order fulfilment activities.
• Track supplier deliveries and support issue resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability.
• Maintain operational reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Support supply and production planning activities.
• Assist with new product launches and packaging updates.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Escalate risks and support continuous process improvements.

Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years' experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within consumer goods, manufacturing, logistics, or e-commerce is desirable.
