Technical Delivery Lead (Technical Project Manager) — BPS Tech Enterprises

Remote within Pakistan | Full-time

This post appears through the Snyder Tech account, but the role is employed by BPS Tech Enterprises, our Pakistan company. BPS primarily supports Snyder Tech USA with software development and other parts of its business, while building its own business plan, direction, and culture in Pakistan.

Pakistan-based hiring contact: Aakif Sami, our Karachi-based project manager (https://www.linkedin.com/in/aakif94/). Please apply through this LinkedIn posting.

We are an AI-forward company. AI is at the center of how we plan projects, document decisions, build software, test work, and communicate progress. We are looking for someone with excellent spoken and written English who can lead client conversations, direct developers and AI agents, and stay deeply involved in the technical work from discovery through release.

You might be a developer who grew into project leadership, or a strong developer ready to take on client communication and delivery ownership. Either way, you will work in the project repository every day, using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Grok, and whatever proves best next to shape plans and requirements, capture meeting notes and decisions, direct implementation, improve the development process, and contribute to features. You remain accountable for the accuracy and quality of the work produced with AI.

What you will do

• Be the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients. Use AI to prepare for discovery, planning, demos, and status meetings; lead those conversations yourself in excellent English and confirm decisions and next steps.

• Turn client goals into a clear scope, practical milestones, technical work items, acceptance criteria, and realistic estimates, using AI to draft and refine the artifacts.

• Keep project plans, meeting notes, decisions, and follow-ups in the repository. Use AI to organize the record, then verify that it accurately reflects what the client and team agreed.

• Lead developers and AI agents through the delivery rhythm: set priorities, assign clear owners, run useful check-ins, remove blockers, and follow through on dependencies.

• Work in the repository every day. Direct AI tools to explore the codebase, implement and debug features, improve processes, generate tests, and explain changes; contribute and refine work yourself.

• Judge the output. Review changes for technical correctness, fit with the client's goal, security, maintainability, and actual test results before anything is presented as complete.

• Coach developers, review pull requests, coordinate integration and release, and hold the quality bar as AI increases the volume of work the team can produce.

• Give clients concise, accurate progress updates grounded in verified work, using AI to assemble the evidence without letting it invent progress. Explain technical tradeoffs without losing the business goal.

• Notice scope changes and delivery risks early. Discuss options and consequences with the client and team before making new commitments.

• Improve the team's AI-enabled development and project-management processes as you learn what helps projects ship reliably.

What you bring

• Excellent spoken and written English. You can lead a client meeting, listen closely, explain a technical issue plainly, and write a useful follow-up without someone translating for you.

• Strong working fluency with AI tools. You can use them across project management and development, give them useful context and direction, and catch errors or unsupported claims. We care more about this ability than experience with any one named product.

• A real software development background and current technical aptitude. You can work confidently in a repository, understand the code and architecture, review changes, and contribute to implementation; your most recent job does not need to have been full-time coding.

• Evidence that you can lead people and delivery, or that you are ready to move from senior development into that responsibility. You can organize work, make decisions, and hold others accountable respectfully.

• Working knowledge of modern web applications, APIs, databases, Git-based workflows, testing, and release practices. You can learn an unfamiliar stack quickly.

• Sound judgment about estimates, quality, client expectations, and when to escalate a problem.

• Availability for regular overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours for client and team meetings.

Experience with consulting or agency delivery and cloud infrastructure is useful. A particular degree or project-management certification is not required.

To apply: Send your resume and briefly describe a software project that shows your technical depth and ability to lead delivery. Tell us how you used AI in the repository, what you personally verified or changed, how you worked with developers and clients, and how you handled a difficult decision or setback. If you are moving from a developer role into project leadership, explain why you are ready for the client-facing side of the job.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a brief spoken-English screening by recording answers to a few project and client communication questions.
