Corporate Affairs Specialist

Role Description The Corporate Affairs Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for managing and strengthening Ceramitec’s corporate image and stakeholder relationships. On a day-to-day basis, this role drafts and distributes press releases, coordinates corporate communications, and supports public affairs initiatives that align with company objectives. The specialist monitors media and industry developments, prepares internal and external communication materials, and collaborates with leadership to ensure consistent messaging. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication guidelines, supporting reputation management, and contributing to corporate reporting and presentations as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Corporate Affairs and Corporate Communications, with the ability to manage company messaging across multiple channels.
• Proficiency in drafting and editing Press Releases, including tailoring content for media, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
• Exposure to Public Affairs activities, such as stakeholder engagement, industry relations, and monitoring regulatory or market developments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, Political Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with basic digital communication tools and platforms.
• Experience in construction materials, ceramics, or a related industry is an advantage but not required.
