Specjalista ds. Finansów / Księgowości

Do naszego zespołu poszukujemy osoby, która będzie wspierać bieżące procesy finansowo-księgowe oraz współpracować z zespołami lokalnymi i GBS.

Główne obowiązki:

• Środki trwałe – obsługa procesów związanych ze środkami trwałymi, w tym aktywacja, transfery, likwidacje, amortyzacja oraz uzgodnienia.
• HR-related recharges / rozliczenia kosztów pracowniczych – obsługa i monitorowanie rozliczeń oraz refaktur kosztów związanych z pracownikami, w tym zapewnienie prawidłowej alokacji i zaksięgowania kosztów.
• Uzgodnienia kont – przygotowywanie i analiza uzgodnień kont bilansowych, identyfikowanie różnic oraz wyjaśnianie i monitorowanie pozycji otwartych.
• Wsparcie procesów księgowych podczas zamknięcia miesiąca i roku.
• Analiza zapisów księgowych oraz wsparcie w wyjaśnianiu niezgodności.
• Współpraca z zespołami Finance, GBS oraz innymi interesariuszami w celu terminowego rozwiązywania problemów księgowych.
• Wsparcie przy przygotowywaniu dokumentacji oraz danych wymaganych na potrzeby audytu i kontroli wewnętrznych.
• Dbanie o prawidłowość, kompletność i terminowość procesów pozostających w zakresie odpowiedzialności.

Czego oczekujemy:

• Doświadczenia w obszarze finansów lub księgowości.
• Dobrej znajomości podstawowych procesów księgowych oraz zasad rachunkowości.
• Doświadczenie w pracy z SAP będzie dodatkowym atutem.
• Dobrej znajomości Excel.
• Znajomości języka angielskiego umożliwiającej swobodną komunikację w środowisku biznesowym.
• Dokładności, samodzielności oraz dobrej organizacji pracy.
• Umiejętności analitycznego podejścia do problemów i wyjaśniania różnic księgowych.
• Umiejętności współpracy z różnymi zespołami i interesariuszami.

Finance / Accounting Specialist

We are looking for a Finance / Accounting Specialist to join our team and support day-to-day finance and accounting activities while working closely with local Finance, GBS and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Fixed Assets – managing fixed asset accounting activities, including asset capitalization, transfers, disposals, depreciation and related reconciliations.
• HR-related recharges – handling and monitoring employee-related and HR-related recharges, including ensuring the appropriate allocation and booking of costs.
• Account reconciliations – preparing and reviewing balance sheet account reconciliations, investigating discrepancies and following up on outstanding items.
• Supporting accounting activities during month-end and year-end closing.
• Reviewing accounting entries and supporting the investigation and resolution of discrepancies.
• Cooperating with Finance, GBS and other stakeholders to ensure accounting issues are resolved accurately and on time.
• Supporting the preparation of documentation and data required for audit and internal control purposes.
• Ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely execution of activities within the assigned scope of responsibilities.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in finance or accounting.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and core accounting processes.
• Experience with SAP would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Good command of English and ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership and ability to work independently.
• Analytical approach and ability to investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Good communication skills and ability to cooperate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
