Senior Associate
About the Company
- Our Client, a full service Corporate firm is seeking to recruit a solicitor (3-5 years’ PQE) to join its Corporate Team.
- Significant flexibility on Hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate transactional experience
- Company law expertise
- Knowledge of drafting and negotiation of corporate documents including shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements and disclosure letters
- Excellent academic record
- Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
Experience/Requirements
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Commercial Contracts
- shareholders agreements and ancillary documents
- Drafting of intragroup transfer and lending agreements and ancillary documents
- Company law advices
- Contract review
- Exposure to SaaS or Financial Services or Pharmaceutical Industry
