Employment Solicitor – 1 Year PQE Plus

We are hiring an Employment Solicitor with 1 year’s PQE to join a leading law firm’s employment team in Dublin.

This is an opportunity to develop your career within an established practice advising Irish and international employers on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and clients, including in-house legal teams, HR professionals and senior management.

The Role

• Advising employers on day-to-day employment law and HR matters.
• Assisting with complex workplace issues, employment disputes and industrial relations matters.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and related documentation.
• Supporting employment advice arising from corporate transactions and organisational change.
• Contributing to client training, legal updates and business development initiatives.
• Building client relationships through practical, commercially focused advice.

The Candidate

• 1 year’s relevant PQE in employment law, gained within a large, medium-sized or specialist law firm.
• Strong drafting, research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to take ownership of assigned work.
• Sound commercial judgment and an interest in finding practical solutions for clients.
• Enthusiasm for professional development and contributing to the wider team.
