Job Overview

OKTIS is recruiting a Country Director for the Vietnam market on behalf of a leading global B2B iGaming content provider. You will lead the business in the Vietnam market and own its results: setting the market strategy, building relationships with the market’s leading iGaming operators and growing distribution of the client’s live casino, slots and other games. This is a senior leadership role for someone with an established network and a strong track record in the Vietnam market.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L, budget and revenue targets for the Vietnam market

• Set and deliver the market strategy, monitoring competitors and changes in the market

• Build and maintain senior relationships with key iGaming operators, aggregators and partners in the Vietnam market

• Lead negotiations and close major commercial agreements

• Build, lead and develop the market team, including country management, business development and marketing

• Work with central sales, marketing, product and account management teams to deliver for customers in the Vietnam market

• Make sure products, promotions and marketing are properly localised for the Vietnam market

• Track performance, report to senior management and adjust plans to hit targets

• Represent the business at industry events

Requirements

• An established B2B iGaming network in the Vietnam market, with strong relationships with iGaming operators in the market (essential)

• Several years’ senior commercial or country leadership experience in iGaming

• Proven track record of growing revenue and managing a P&L in the Vietnam market

• Experience building and leading teams

• Strong negotiation and senior stakeholder management skills

• Commercially driven, hands-on and able to work independently
