Overview 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. An Austin-based Realtor is seeking a Marketing VA to execute an established marketing plan focused on video content, social media, neighborhood farming, blogs, newsletters, database marketing, and recurring client touchpoints. The client already has extensive raw video content, marketing ideas, templates, AI tools, and systems in place. The primary need is someone who can take those assets and consistently turn them into finished, published marketing content. This is primarily an execution role rather than a marketing-strategy position. Real Estate experience is not required. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks: Video & Social Media Edit raw property-tour, neighborhood, and community footage Produce short-form reels and social clips Produce longer-form YouTube content Repurpose content across social platforms Add captions, graphics, branding, and basic enhancements Schedule and publish content Maintain an organized content calendar Blog & Website Content Format and publish client-provided or AI-assisted blog content Add appropriate images, links, and supporting assets Add internal links to relevant existing blog content Schedule website content Assist with increasing the consistency of blog publishing Repurpose video topics into written content where appropriate Email & Database Marketing Maintain newsletters for different audience segments Work from existing templates Support communication to neighborhood contacts, past clients, agents, vendors, and referral partners Maintain drip campaigns and recurring client touchpoints Assist with AI-supported email workflows Keep marketing activity organized across the client's approximately 17,000-contact database Marketing Execution Organize raw footage and marketing assets Execute existing neighborhood-farming plans Support community, sponsorship, event, and mailer campaigns as directed Keep marketing tasks and campaigns moving according to schedule Use AI tools to improve speed and productivity Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements: Video editing experience required Short-form and long-form content experience required Social media management experience required Canva or similar graphic-design experience required AI-assisted content creation experience strongly preferred Blog/content publishing experience preferred Newsletter and email-marketing experience preferred Real estate marketing experience is a plus Basic SEO/internal-linking knowledge is a plus IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Strong video editor and content repurposer Creative and highly organized Comfortable managing several ongoing marketing workflows Strong with AI-assisted content creation and AI tools (strongly preferred) Proactive about turning existing ideas into finished work Comfortable working independently after priorities are established APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE / REQUIRED Canva Buffer or Similar Scheduling Platform WeVideo or Similar Video Editing Software ChatGPT / Claude Google Drive / Google Workspace Website / Blog CMS Platforms Work Schedule Contracted Hours per Week: 30 Hours Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing) Daily Working Time: Flexible After Initial Onboarding – TBD CST Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
