Identify root causes of recurring disputes and partner with Data, Engineering, and Compliance to fix them at the source.
Maintain dispute SOPs, templates, and audit-ready documentation.
Report dispute volumes, trends, and risks to leadership.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in credit reporting disputes within lending, fintech, or banking, including at least 1 year leading or mentoring others.
Expert knowledge of FCRA, Metro 2 format, e-OSCAR, ACDV/AUD workflows, and bureau requirements.
Working knowledge of TILA/Reg Z, ECOA, UDAAP, SCRA/MLA, FDCPA/Reg F, and CFPB supervisory expectations.

Audit mindset with rigorous documentation and traceability.
Fully bilingual English and Spanish, written and spoken.
Based in Dominican Republic.
