CRM Automation & Systems Specialist (KB)

Position: CRM Automation & Systems Specialist Location: Remote | Full-Time Key Responsibilities Build and maintain automated reporting and KPI dashboards connected to ServiceTitan. Create workflows and automations using Zapier, Make, or similar tools. Integrate CRM, phone systems, email platforms, and business software. Automate lead intake, follow-up, task creation, and customer communication. Set up Gmail and Google Calendar automations to improve efficiency. Ensure missed calls and new leads trigger immediate follow-up workflows. Support future marketing, SEO, and lead generation automation initiatives. Qualifications Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms. Strong knowledge of Zapier, Make, or other automation tools. Experience building workflows, integrations, and business process automations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Preferred Experience Home services industry experience (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, etc.). Familiarity with Google Workspace automation.
