About The Role

Are you fluent in French and looking for an international career opportunity in Greece?

Join a dynamic customer support team assisting French-speaking customers of a well-known premium household appliances brand.

You will provide product information, technical assistance and after-sales support, helping customers find effective solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience.

No previous technical expertise is required, as full training will be provided!

What We Offer

• Starting salary: €1,045.72 gross/month.
• Salary increases: €1,100 after 12 months and €1,150 after 3 years.
• Monthly performance bonus: Up to €240.
• Quarterly sales bonus: Up to €900 gross in eligible teams.
• Transportation allowance: Up to €100/month for on-site employees.
• Contract: Initial 8 or 12 months, depending on the team.
• Training: Comprehensive initial training and ongoing support.
• Work model: Choose on-site or remote, provided you live in Greece. Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends. Fixed daytime or rotating shifts depending on the team.
  
  
  

Your Responsibilities

• Assist French-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Answer product, order and payment enquiries.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot product-related issues.
• Handle after-sales requests and customer complaints.
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
  
  
  

Requirements

• French: C1/C2 – mandatory.
• English: B2 – mandatory.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
  
  
  

Relocation Package

• Flight ticket within the EU.
• 2–4 weeks of hotel accommodation, depending on the team.
• Airport pickup.
• Accommodation search assistance and agency fees covered.
• Company apartments available for approximately €250–€300/month. Further details during the interview.
  
  
  

Mandatory Work Eligibility

You must either:

• Hold a valid passport from an EU country; OR
• Already possess a valid Greek work permit allowing you to work in Greece.
  
  
  

No visa sponsorship is available. You must live in Greece or be willing to relocate before starting. Remote work from outside Greece is not permitted.
