Show job description

Ford Motor Company, Belgium | Aftersales (FCSD)

Brussels / Vilvoorde | Permanent, part-time | 80% (four days per week)

Help keep our dealer network moving. In this varied, customer-focused role, you’ll coordinate enquiries about parts ordering, distribution, availability and pricing. Working primarily at PartsPlus in Vilvoorde, you’ll take ownership of issues requiring investigation or escalation, bring the right people together and keep dealers informed from first enquiry through to resolution.

  • Investigate parts availability and delivery queries, obtain reliable delivery dates from suppliers and internal teams, resolve discrepancies and follow up on timely dispatch.
  • Help source parts for immobilised vehicles, exploring alternative parts, next-assembly options and stock at other depots.
  • Own escalated customer concerns, initiate specialist helpdesk requests and maintain clear, proactive dealer updates while solutions are being investigated.
  • Handle pricing enquiries and support pricing processes; administer Tyre Engine user access, base discounts and dealer queries.
  • Coordinate dealer and Ford network communications on parts, pricing, recalls and transport updates, including depot closures and local holidays.
  • Handle systems enquiries and general administration, and help organise and follow up winter wheel pre-order programmes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in customer service, client engagement or operational support, including resolving enquiries and coordinating follow-up.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-focused, empathetic and resilient approach, with the confidence to handle challenging conversations and competing priorities.
  • Strong organisation, initiative and follow-through; you work collaboratively while taking responsibility for your own cases.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence learning business systems.
  • SAP, Ford systems, sales-support or automotive/aftersales experience are advantages, not prerequisites.

What We Offer

A permanent, part-time role with varied daily challenges, a collaborative team and opportunities to build a broad network across Ford, PartsPlus and our dealers. You’ll develop transferable skills in customer service, stakeholder coordination and operational problem-solving.

You’ll work a four-day week, with salary prorated accordingly. You’ll work across PartsPlus and Ford’s main office, with scope for one homeworking day per week following onboarding.

Benefits include group and hospitalisation insurance, eco vouchers, subsidised company-restaurant meals, holiday allowance, a year-end bonus and Ford vehicle purchase discounts. A teleworking allowance applies to eligible homeworking days.
