Description:

Ready to sit at the heart of product innovation and Supply Chain execution? Kellanova is looking for a Supply Chain Initiative Coordinator to join its Benelux team in Zaventem, Belgium, in a hybrid working environment. The role joins a close-knit team including Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Execution expertise, with plenty of opportunity to collaborate across the wider business. Kellanova Careers positions Supply Chain and Operations as a key career area within its global snacking business.

The Supply Chain Initiative Coordinator will be at the heart of product lifecycle management, coordinating Benelux product innovations, switches and delistings while managing the local data that supports the Data Governance team. Acting as a key link between Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Finance and European teams, the Coordinator will bring people, processes and data together to help ensure new products launch smoothly, product transitions happen efficiently and master data remains accurate. This 12 months role also has a strong focus on continuous improvement, a recurring theme in comparable Supply Chain Coordinator positions.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate product initiatives and innovation: Manage and follow product initiatives for the Benelux market from submission through execution, keeping key stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle. The Coordinator will track milestones, proactively flag risks and help ensure innovations reach the market on time.
  • Drive effective product switches and delistings: Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, Revenue Growth Management and European teams to coordinate start and end dates for product switches. The Coordinator will also manage product delistings, supporting full stock depletion ahead of the end date to minimise obsolete inventory, optimise stock levels and improve operational efficiency.
  • Keep launches on track: Follow the end-to-end project steps for innovations, product changes and switches, maintaining clear timelines, accurate information and strong cross-functional communication. Similar Supply Chain project roles commonly emphasise project milestones, deliverables and on-time execution.
  • Champion Supply Chain improvement: Actively contribute to and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across product formats, cases, palletisation, displays and logistics. The Coordinator will look for smart opportunities to optimise product flows, reduce logistics costs, eliminate waste and improve Supply Chain efficiency, reflecting the focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement found across comparable coordinator roles.
  • Own master data accuracy: Take responsibility for high-quality product master data across internal and external systems, working closely with the Data Governance team to maintain accuracy, consistency and reliability. Data quality, governance, process documentation and master-data lifecycle management are frequently associated with SAP-focused Supply Chain and master-data roles

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Supply Chain experience: Previous experience working within a Supply Chain function, ideally involving product lifecycle management, planning, logistics, innovation, master data or project coordination.
  • Strong project and data management skills: A highly organised, rigorous and proactive approach, with proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities, stakeholders, datasets and deadlines. Comparable FMCG Supply Chain Coordinator roles emphasise organisation, cross-functional communication, stock management, accurate Supply Chain data and continuous improvement.
  • Process improvement mindset: Experience following defined processes while confidently identifying ways to simplify, improve or optimise them. Strong attention to detail combined with curiosity and the confidence to challenge existing ways of working will help the Coordinator thrive.
  • Systems and analytical capability: Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, together with proficiency using ERP systems such as SAP. Experience maintaining accurate master data, product information or Supply Chain documentation would be especially valuable, with SAP and data accuracy featuring prominently in comparable roles.
  • Confident communication skills: Professional fluency in English is required, with Dutch and/or French considered an advantage. The Coordinator should enjoy working collaboratively across Supply Chain, commercial and European teams and feel comfortable building effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
