Location: Bucharest, Romania – Hybrid

Salary: 5,969 RON Net per month

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

Languages: German C1+ & English B2+

Role Overview

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer & Sales Specialist to join a growing team in Bucharest.

This position combines customer service with sales, so we are looking for candidates who are confident communicating with customers, comfortable working in a voice-based environment, and have a strong commercial and sales-oriented mindset.

Candidates must already be based in Bucharest and be comfortable working within a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions primarily through voice-based communication.
• Provide professional customer service to German-speaking customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Identify opportunities to promote, upsell and sell relevant services.
• Manage customer queries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Work towards individual and team sales and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams when additional support is required.

Mandatory Requirements

• German: Minimum C1 level.
• English: Minimum B2 level.
• Currently living in Bucharest, Romania.
• Minimum 6 months' experience in:
• Sales; or
• Customer Service within a voice process/environment.
• Strong sales-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Ability to work towards sales and performance targets.
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.

Salary

Total: 5,969 RON Net per month

• 5,569 RON Net base salary
• 400 RON Work From Office / Work From Home Allowance
• Additional Performance Bonus

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a fluent German speaker who already lives in Bucharest and has previous experience dealing directly with customers. You should be comfortable combining customer support with a commercial approach, identifying sales opportunities while delivering a high standard of customer service.
