You already bring some first experience in Customer Service — 10 days of fully paid training in English will prepare you for the project.

• Location: Athens – Neos Kosmos
• Possible start: 7.12
• Hybrid work: a combination of home office and office work
• Your schedule: Monday–Sunday, 10:00–18:00 — 40 hours/week, 5 working days and 2 rotating days off
• Local candidates only: you must already live in Athens or the surrounding area

✅ About the Project

Help customers get the most out of the household and kitchen products they use every day.

You will answer product questions, help with orders and deliveries, and guide customers through returns or basic troubleshooting. If you enjoy explaining things clearly and finding practical solutions, this could be your next step.

✅ Responsibilities

• Support German-speaking customers by phone, email and chat
• Answer questions about products, orders and deliveries
• Guide customers through product setup, use and basic troubleshooting
• Help with returns, refunds and exchanges
• Keep clear records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved cases
• Provide friendly, professional and solution-oriented support

✅ Salary & Bonuses

• Base salary: €1,300 gross/month ×14
• Fixed project bonus: €100 gross/month
• Performance bonus: up to €130 gross/month
• Up Hellas meal card: €3 net per worked day, approximately €60 net/month
• Anniversary bonus: €500 gross after one year

Your monthly salary: €1,400–€1,530 gross + meal card (approx. €60 net/month) + 2 extra base-salary payments per year

✅ What We Are Looking For

• German at C1/C2 level
• English at B2 level or higher for training and internal communication
• Some previous experience in Customer Service is required
• You already live in Athens or the surrounding area and can work from the Neos Kosmos office as part of the hybrid arrangement
• Availability to work 5 days per week, including scheduled weekends
• Clear communication, patience and practical problem-solving skills
• EU citizenship or a valid residence and work permit in Greece
