Cybersecurity Analyst

Role Description This is a part-time remote Owner role at Digi Smart Control. The Owner oversees overall business strategy, defines goals, and makes key operational and financial decisions. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, coordinating remote teams or contractors, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables. The role also involves reviewing performance metrics, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards. The Owner is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing budgets, and maintaining a sustainable long-term growth plan.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead a business or business unit, including strategic planning, decision-making, and accountability for results.
• Experience managing remote work environments, coordinating distributed teams or vendors, and using digital collaboration tools.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and basic understanding of financial statements.
• Proven skills in client management, negotiation, and building long-term professional relationships.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Comfort with digital technologies and systems relevant to smart control or automation solutions (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of personal integrity, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in operations, management, or ownership is highly beneficial; relevant industry experience is an advantage.
