Cybersecurity GRC Mentor — 3-Month Contract

Jenovation Tech Limited is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity GRC professional for a 3-month, one-on-one private mentorship engagement.

The learner works full-time, so sessions will be flexible and mutually scheduled.

• Assess the learner’s current level and career goals.
• Provide a structured, practical GRC learning journey.
• Guide the learner through real-world GRC projects and practical exercises.
• Help build a GRC portfolio with tangible deliverables that demonstrate practical experience.
• Provide feedback, review projects, and offer career guidance.
• Certification preparation may be included, but practical skills and portfolio development are the priority.

• Professional experience in Cybersecurity GRC.
• Strong knowledge of GRC frameworks, risk, compliance, controls, policies, and audits.
• Previous experience mentoring or training others is a plus.
• Ability to teach practical, real-world GRC skills.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Engagement: 3 months | Remote | Contract | Flexible schedule
