The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to help lead HAVORA’s product development from 0 to 1.
You’ll work closely with technical and cross-functional teams to translate product vision into clear priorities, requirements, and execution plans while helping shape a scalable, high-quality product.
This role is suited to someone who has contributed directly to building and launching a live digital product, understands both product and technology, and is comfortable working in an early-stage environment.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of product management experience, including strong technical product experience.
• Demonstrated experience taking a product from 0 to 1.
• Experience building and launching at least one live digital product.
• Strong understanding of product development, technical concepts, APIs, integrations, and software development processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and translate product requirements into clear, actionable plans.
• Experience working across engineering, design, and other functions.
• Strong product thinking, prioritisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and adapting priorities in an early-stage startup.
• Ability to take ownership while working collaboratively.
• Experience with consumer-facing products is an advantage.
• Genuine interest in HAVORA’s mission and the problems we’re working to solve.
What You’ll Own
• Product strategy and roadmap development.
• Product requirements, prioritisation, and planning.
• 0-to-1 product development and execution.
• Collaboration with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams.
• Translating complex product challenges into clear requirements and priorities.
• Supporting informed product and technical trade-offs with the engineering team.
• Product discovery, validation, testing, and iteration.
• Helping establish effective product processes as HAVORA grows.
Time Commitment
Approximately 10–15 hours per week, with reasonable flexibility.
We recognise that volunteers may have existing professional and personal commitments. We’re looking for someone who can make a consistent and meaningful contribution rather than someone available during fixed working hours.
The expected commitment may evolve as the product and team develop. Any significant changes will be discussed in advance.
Volunteer Role and Future Opportunities
HAVORA is currently bootstrapped and has not yet raised external funding.
This is an unpaid volunteer position. There is currently no salary or stipend associated with the role.
As HAVORA begins generating revenue, we intend to explore appropriate compensation for contributors who make meaningful and sustained contributions. Future paid opportunities will depend on the company’s financial position, business needs, and the individual’s role and contribution.
As the company grows, key contributors may have opportunities to move into formal paid positions, including a salary, leadership responsibilities, and other long-term incentives, subject to mutual agreement and the company’s future structure.
Equity is not guaranteed. Where equity is considered, it may be based on factors including sustained commitment, contribution, responsibility, impact, and long-term involvement with HAVORA. Any equity arrangement would be considered separately and require a formal agreement.
