Czech-Speaking Travel Support Specialist | Greece

We are looking for Czech-speaking professionals to support customers within the international travel and hospitality industry.

In this role, you’ll help travellers manage their reservations and find solutions when plans change or questions arise. After completing the initial training, you’ll have the opportunity to work remotely from within Greece.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist Czech-speaking customers with their travel and booking enquiries
• Support customers with reservation changes, cancellations and other requests
• Communicate through phone, email and chat
• Find practical solutions to customer issues and unexpected situations
• Provide clear information and guide customers through the available options
• Keep customer records and requests accurately updated
• Work together with an international team to ensure a smooth customer experience
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Czech (C1/C2)
• English B2 or higher
• Confident and friendly communication skills
• A practical, solution-focused approach
• Comfortable working with computers and online platforms
• Previous experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality or another customer-facing environment is welcome, but not essential
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends when required
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
