About the Data & AI team

We are building a small, hands-on team that makes Sharon AI faster and right the first time. Our job is to turn data and AI into outcomes the business can feel: bringing world-class AI capacity to customers faster, running the business with precision at scale, and getting things right early, when it counts most.

We do this by building:

• One data foundation that our teams and delivery partners feed into.

• AI agents behind every role, so people make better decisions faster and spend their time on the work that matters most.

• Automation of repetitive work as the business moves from build to run.

• Governed end-to-end processes, owned by accountable business leaders and run by agents and people together.

The Role

You build and run the data pipelines and AI workflows the business depends on. You are hands-on every day, learning fast from senior engineers and growing into a full-stack data and AI engineer.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain data pipelines that bring operational and partner data into our lakehouse.

• Build and test transformations, data quality checks and documentation.

• Build and improve agents and automations on our governed platform, including the tools they use and their evaluations.

• Automate repetitive, high-volume tasks as the business moves from build to run.

• Monitor what you ship, keep it running smoothly, and improve it based on how people use it.

• Work with business users to understand their processes and what “right the first time” means for them.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 to 5 years in data engineering, software engineering or a related field.

• Strong Python and SQL, and experience with at least one modern data stack and cloud platform.

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs or agents, at work or in your own projects.

• Good engineering habits: version control, testing, and clear documentation.

• Curiosity, ownership, and a desire to grow quickly in a fast-moving environment.
