■職務内容

【短期】

データを駆使して事業・プロダクトの意思決定をリードし、当社の成長を加速させる役割を担っていただきます。単なるデータの抽出・提供者ではなく、本質的な課題を自ら見極め、分析設計から施策提案、効果検証までを一気通貫で推進いただくことを期待しています。

【中長期】

各事業部にBizDev・Ops・Dataのケイパビリティを持つメンバーを配置していく構想のもと、事業部つきメンバーの採用・育成を通じた組織づくりを担う

課題解決の型化・仕組み化を通じて、現場が自走できる状態をつくる

■必須要件

・SQLを用いたデータ抽出・分析の実務経験（2年以上目安）

・事業・プロダクトの課題に対し、適切な指標設計と仮説検証を論理的・定量的に進められること

・分析結果をビジネス側の言語に翻訳し、施策提案・意思決定支援まで行った経験

・ダッシュボード作成などデータ可視化の経験

■Background & Mission

The recruitment and candidate-matching data accumulated across our product ecosystem represents a unique strategic asset for our company. As AI technologies advance, this vast repository of unstructured data is rapidly multiplying in value. However, our internal capabilities to fully leverage this data for business and product decision-making are still maturing. We are seeking a Data Analyst to lead data-driven decision-making across crucial company-wide priorities, including product enhancement, business KPI design and monitoring, matching algorithm optimization, and new business validation.

■Responsibilities

Short-Term Focus:

Leverage data to drive strategic business and product decisions, directly accelerating company growth. Rather than acting as a passive data extractor, you are expected to autonomously identify core problems and own the end-to-end process—from analytical design and strategic recommendations to post-implementation impact evaluation.

Mid-to-Long-Term Vision:

• Drive organizational building by hiring and mentoring dedicated Data/BizDev/Ops capability members embedded within individual business units (aligned with our long-term structure).
• Productize and standardize problem-solving methodologies, empowering operational teams to run data analysis autonomously. Note: Responsibilities will be refined based on business priorities and individual aptitude. The above serves as an illustration.

■Required Qualifications

• Practical experience using SQL for data extraction and analysis (~2+ years equivalent)
• Proven ability to establish appropriate metrics, build hypotheses, and rigorously validate business and product challenges both logically and quantitatively
• Track record of translating analytical findings into business-facing language to drive strategic proposals and decision-making
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation
