What you'll do

• Create realistic psychiatric case studies to support AI training, education and research

• Carry out psychological assessments, then evaluate AI outputs against Japanese psychiatric practice

• Produce clinical documentation and psychiatric analysis in both Japanese and English

• Identify weaknesses in mental health AI responses through ethical reasoning and cultural sensitivity

Who this is for

• An MD, MBBS or equivalent medical degree; completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license

• Fluent in Japanese and able to use English at an advanced level in both writing and speaking

• Experience handling psychiatric assessments, treatment plans and patient records in Japanese clinical settings

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
