Data Business Analysis Consultant

Contract Role – Data Business Analysis Consultant – Dublin/Hybrid – 12 months

Leads business analysis for Analytics Gateway and net-new analytics products, translating complex business, customer and data needs into clear requirements and scalable product solutions from discovery through delivery.

Role Overview:

• Rate: UMB/LTD €528.16 - 618.93 OR PAYE €413.95-485.09 + holidays (26+10 bank holidays pro rata)

(Candidates must have the legal right to work in Ireland and be currently based in Ireland)

• Strong experience in Business Analysis within product, digital, data or analytics environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading analysis for complex initiatives and taking ownership of assigned features or capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data, processes and business rules.
• Experience translating ambiguous business or customer problems into structured requirements and actionable product solutions.
• Hands-on experience working within an Agile product development model, ideally across the lifecycle from discovery through delivery.
• Ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to distil complex information into clear recommendations and executive-level messaging.
• A curious and questioning mindset, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and ask the right questions.
• Experience with analytics, healthcare, pharmaceutical or other data-intensive products would be advantageous.
• The expectation is that the analyst can lead and own analysis for their assigned features or initiatives, with complexity and ownership increasing at the more senior level.
