Building and Technical Trade (BTT) is building its future data ecosystem on Snowflake. As our Data Delivery Lead, your job is to make sure data initiatives move from business need to production, become part of everyday ways of working and continue delivering value after go-live.
Rather than carrying out the technical implementation yourself, your strength lies in connecting the dots: understanding what the business needs, setting direction for delivery and bringing business stakeholders, data and analytics experts and delivery partners together around a common goal. You will join the BTT Data, AI and ESG team in K IT and collaborate closely with colleagues in the team, business and IT stakeholders and external delivery partners. Together you'll turn business needs into reliable data solutions that support both daily decision-making and future growth.
We work in a hybrid model, with at least one office day per week at our modern K-Kampus headquarters in Kalasatama, Helsinki. Depending on delivery needs, the role may require more on-site collaboration. Come and join our professional team and start building your own kind of career in K Group!

What is the role about?
You'll Lead The Delivery Of Business-critical Data And Analytics Solutions In BTT And Own Selected Solutions After Go-live. Your Work Has Three Closely Connected Areas
- Data Delivery Lead (primary focus): You'll lead data projects such as data warehouse and BI renewals, platform migrations and new data product development from business need to adoption. You'll own scope, schedule, resourcing, budget, risks and stakeholder communication, keeping solutions aligned with evolving business and analytics needs. You'll coordinate data and analytics engineers, offshore teams and other delivery partners, while engineering teams own technical implementation and data modelling.
- IT Business Partner for BTT marketing: You'll be the primary IT contact for BTT marketing. You'll turn business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with architects, development teams and service partners to implement solutions.
- IT Application Owner: You'll be the IT owner of selected Snowflake data kiosks. This covers both business functionality and technical lifecycle, and you'll make sure they stay stable and keep developing.
Together, these responsibilities give you the opportunity to influence both what gets built and how data solutions create value once they are in use. The role combines hands-on problem solving, project delivery, application ownership, service management, and participation in development initiatives both as a subject matter expert and as a project manager.
