Data Entry Specialist

We offer a competitive salary range of $76,000 - $84,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth. Responsibilities Input and update data in various systems accurately and efficiently Verify data for accuracy and completeness Maintain organized records of all data entries Assist in data cleaning and quality assurance processes Support team members with data-related tasks as needed Generate reports and summaries from data sets Identify and resolve discrepancies in data Adhere to company policies regarding data privacy and confidentiality Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Basic understanding of database management Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently in a remote setting Familiarity with data entry software is a plus
