Data Scraping Expert

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Scraping Expert who can collect large volumes of accurate business and contact data.

This is primarily a data-scraping role. CRM and lead management are secondary responsibilities. Applicants whose experience is limited to CRM administration, cold calling, or general lead management will not be considered.

Our goal is to consistently generate and manage enough qualified data to support approximately 10,000 outbound emails per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrape business and contact information from relevant public sources.
• Build and maintain scalable, repeatable scraping workflows.
• Collect company details, decision-makers, job titles, email addresses, and other required data.
• Use scraping tools, scripts, APIs, browser automation, and manual retrieval methods.
• Develop alternative methods when standard scraping tools are insufficient.
• Clean, verify, enrich, format, and deduplicate collected data.
• Upload and organize qualified leads in the company’s CRM.
• Maintain accurate lead statuses, tags, segments, and campaign records.
• Update records based on responses, campaign activity, and new information.
• Monitor invalid emails, bounce rates, duplicate records, and outdated information.
• Prepare reliable lead lists for outbound campaigns.
• Follow applicable privacy requirements, website rules, and responsible data-collection practices.

Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience with large-scale data scraping is required.
• Strong knowledge of scraping tools, scripts, APIs, or browser automation.
• Experience with tools such as Apify, Scrapy, Selenium, Playwright, PhantomBuster, Octoparse, Bright Data, or similar platforms.
• Ability to create your own data-retrieval methods.
• Experience cleaning, validating, enriching, and deduplicating large datasets.
• Basic experience managing scraped leads within a CRM.
• Strong spreadsheet and data-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet weekly output targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing enough verified data to support 10,000 outbound emails per week.
• Knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
• Experience scraping business contacts and decision-makers.
• Familiarity with email-finding and verification tools.
• Experience supporting cold-email or outbound campaigns.
