Data Solutions Manager

Data Solutions Manager Mutinex helps ambitious businesses understand what truly drives their growth. That work starts with data and with helping each customer's data get into our platform cleanly, securely, and reliably. As we grow across more Enterprise customers, we're looking for a Customer Data Solutions Analyst to support those connections and build strong foundations in customer-facing data work. This is a role for someone early in their data career who enjoys the meeting point of Enterprise customer partnership and hands-on data problem solving. You'll work closely with experienced teammates across data science and customer teams, learn how modern data platforms move information around, and help large Enterprise customers make their data available in a way that is safe, repeatable, and useful. What you'll do You'll help Enterprise customers move from manual data sharing to more reliable, repeatable data flows by first building a genuine understanding of their world — how their teams work, what they need, and where data challenges create friction. In practice, that means: Bringing empathy and curiosity to Enterprise customer conversations, taking the time to understand their business context, data landscape, stakeholder needs, and security considerations before helping identify practical, reliable ways to connect their data to Mutinex. Working with customers' data and IT teams to gather requirements, ask thoughtful questions, clarify needs, and keep setup moving with guidance from more senior teammates. Partnering with our data scientists to understand what data is needed for modelling and analysis, and helping translate those needs into clear customer requests. Helping monitor customer data once it's live, investigating issues when something changes, and escalating or resolving problems in a structured way. Documenting what works, improving repeatable processes, and contributing ideas that help us connect customer data more consistently as we scale. What makes a strong candidate We care far more about how you think, learn, and work than about any particular tool on your CV. A strong candidate brings: 2 + years of experience in a data-focused role, such as analytics, data operations, technical support, solutions consulting, data engineering, or a similar environment. Some customer-facing or stakeholder-facing experience, with the confidence to ask good questions, explain technical concepts clearly, and follow through on commitments. Solid foundations in SQL and comfort working with data. Experience with cloud data platforms, data ingestion, or pipeline tooling is helpful, but not required. A curious, methodical approach to problem solving; you're willing to dig into a data issue, test assumptions, and work back to the root cause. Good judgement around data security and access, including careful handling of credentials and an instinct for only using the access needed. A growth mindset and appetite to build capability, you're excited to learn quickly, take ownership as you grow, and help improve how the team works. What success looks like In this role, success is measured by reliability, learning, and the trust you build with customers and teammates: Customers feel supported through the data connection process and understand what they need to provide, why it matters, and how it will be handled. Our data scientists receive clear, usable, fit-for-purpose data inputs and can rely on you to help resolve gaps or questions. When something breaks or changes, you help investigate calmly, communicate clearly, and work with the right people to get it fixed. Over time, you build deeper technical and customer confidence, take on more complex integrations, and help Mutinex connect Enterprise data faster, more safely, and more consistently.
