Role Description

This is a full-time, fully remote role based in Kosovo for a Delegate Acquisition Executive. The role involves identifying and engaging with senior executives to secure their participation in exclusive industry events. Responsibilities include researching potential delegates, managing outreach strategies, developing relationships through effective communication, and maintaining updated records of attendee information. The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with the events team to ensure the successful execution of high-impact industry gatherings.

Ideal candidate:

• 1–2 years Delegate Acquisition experience, particularly B2B technology events.
• Has recruited attendees for roundtables, dinners, conferences or webinars.
• Experience targeting IT / technology / cybersecurity executives.
• Understands ICP qualification - job function, seniority, company size, industry, geography, TAL etc.
• Has worked with UK, US or international audiences.
• Can show actual numbers: “Target was 12 delegates; I averaged 14” rather than just saying they're good at sales.
• Has experience owning the whole process: research → outreach → qualify → register → nurture → attendance.
