Delivery Manager

£40,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience | 12 month fixed term contract, with likelihood of further extension | Remote, UK

3Roc Ltd is looking for a Delivery Manager to support a property programme for a major UK central government justice department. You will bring structure, keep teams aligned and help stakeholders make timely, informed decisions.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, salaried and employed directly by 3Roc, with the likelihood of further extension. The initial programme assignment is expected to last 6 to 9 months.

What you will do

• Build and maintain delivery plans, milestones and dependencies.

• Coordinate technical teams, suppliers and business stakeholders.

• Manage risks, issues and blockers, with clear escalation when needed.

• Facilitate planning and review sessions using practical agile or blended methods.

• Provide accurate progress reporting and support budget tracking.

• Help teams agree acceptance criteria and prepare for handover.

What you will bring

You will have experience managing technology or digital delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and keeping stakeholders informed. You should be comfortable with planning, forecasting, supplier coordination and delivery governance. Government, property or infrastructure programme experience would be useful, but is not essential.

Working arrangements

Remote working in the UK with occasional travel to the client's London office. Candidates must be eligible for and willing to undergo SC clearance, which 3Roc will sponsor. Start ASAP, subject to successful clearance. 3Roc will issue a start date once clearance is complete.
