Deutschsprachiger Vertriebsberater (m/w/d) – Homeoffice in Griechenland (Montag - Freitag)

This job is support for a company that helps businesses sell products online worldwide.

They offer services like payment processing, tax management, fraud prevention, and subscription management. With over 25 years of experience, they simplify online operations, enabling companies to expand their global reach.

Your responsabilities:

• Contact potential clients by phone and email, building real connections.
• Assist small and medium businesses in joining a major e-commerce platform.
• Engage decision makers among B2C clients and B2B prospects, inviting them to the B2B platform.
• Follow up to create strong connections and support successful B2B sign-ups.

Our expectations:

• You speak German in proficiency
• Intermediate English level (at least B2)
• You already live in Greece and want to work from home
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Passion for Sales: No experience required—just an interest in sales and connecting with people!

Main duties:

• Fully remote work system from all over the Greece
• Working schedule: Monday-Friday: 9:00-17:00 (Greek time - 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, 5 days/week)
• Weekends are always off!
• Full time, fixed-term Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law
• Private life & health insurance effective from day 1 of employment (including eyecare and dental care)
• Free use of the corporate gym and other wellbeing activities
• Training is provided at the beggining of work (paid by employer)

Salary & Bonuses

• Base salary: €1,250 gross per month
• Monthly performance-based bonus: €200–€250 gross
• Additional commission/bonus opportunities related to sales performance
• Daily meal allowance card (Mastercard)
• Anniversary bonus: €500 after 1 year of employment
• Two additional salaries per year (approx. €2,500 total) in accordance with Greek labor law
