SpacetimeDB is redefining how multiplayer and real-time web applications are built but great technology alone doesn’t win. Great communities do.

We’re looking for a rare operator who can turn developers into builders, builders into advocates, and advocates into a global growth engine.

This is not a social media or support role. This is a zero-to-one developer relations leadership role with ownership of how SpacetimeDB earns mindshare, trust, and adoption.

What you’ll do

• Build and scale a developer community that actually ships things
• Design and run high-impact programs: hackathons, demo days, builder cohorts, ambassador programs
• Grow SpacetimeDB’s developer ecosystem across Discord, social media, events, and content
• Create experiences that bring top builders into our orbit
• Create developer education content about SpacetimeDB, it’s architecture, and how to use it
• Turn community signals into product insight and growth strategy
• Partner with engineering leadership to shape how developers experience SpacetimeDB
• Build relationships with top founders, devs, and ecosystem partners
