As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Developer with strong technical skills and solid working experience to join and contribute to the development of modern, scalable, and high-performing digital solutions. Responsibilities Develop and maintain modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js Design and implement reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components Consume and integrate REST APIs into frontend applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high engineering standards Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience Contribute to reducing technical debt and continuously improving the codebase Minimum 7 years of overall professional experience in the IT industry Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript Strong hands-on experience with React Experience with Next.js (App Router preferred) Experience with state management solutions such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Context, TanStack Query, or similar Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows (feature branches, pull requests, code reviews) Strong understanding of component architecture and reusable UI design Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript best practices Attention to performance optimization Understanding of accessibility (a11y) fundamentals Ability to build scalable and testable applications Experience consuming REST APIs Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Strong understanding of separation of concerns and scalable application architecture Ability to identify and reduce technical debt Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Nice to Have: Experience with Tailwind CSS Experience with testing frameworks such as Vitest, Jest, Playwright, or Cypress Experience with React Query / TanStack Query Experience with Docker Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Experience working with CMS platforms such as Directus, Contentful, Sanity , or similar Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS , or equivalent An attractive salary package Private health insurance plan Career development and growth opportunities Continuous training via personalized seminars An amazing private & open-office workspace in Athens #LI_Hybrid Stable and enjoyable working environment
