Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialists with excellent written and spoken English.

The role focuses on creating engaging content, participating in online discussions, and managing conversations across platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, and other online communities.

The ideal candidate enjoys writing, understands how people communicate online, and knows how to create authentic, meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging, natural, and well-researched content for online communities.
• Create posts, comments, replies, and discussion topics tailored to different audiences.
• Manage and engage with communities on Reddit, Facebook Groups, and similar platforms.
• Respond to community members' questions, comments, and discussions in a helpful and conversational manner.
• Research relevant topics, community trends, and audience interests to develop engaging content.
• Adapt writing styles and tones to match different communities and platforms.
• Monitor discussions and identify opportunities for meaningful participation.
• Maintain high standards of writing quality, accuracy, and communication.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in content writing, community management, or similar roles.
• Strong ability to write natural, engaging, and grammatically accurate English.
• Good understanding of how online communities and discussion platforms work.
• Ability to research unfamiliar topics and turn information into engaging content.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience engaging with communities on Reddit, Facebook Groups, Quora, or Discord.
• Experience writing conversational content, social media posts, and community replies.
• Familiarity with international audiences, particularly US-based online communities.
• Experience working with remote teams.
