Job Description Summary
Support execution of digital programs across Gas Power Global Supply Chain, including ERP deployments, planning platforms, and manufacturing orchestration rollouts. This role owns program plan execution for an assigned workstream or site cluster within a larger program: tracking milestones, dependencies, site readiness, cutover, and stabilization. Global Process Digital Authorities own the process standards each program deploys, and Digital Technology owns technical design and configuration. This role keeps its assigned scope of the plan on pace and connected to the broader program. Success is measured by on-time deployment, stable operations after go-live, and sustained adoption at every site in scope.Job Description
Program Planning and Execution
- Maintain the program plan for an assigned workstream or site cluster: milestones, dependencies, risks, and resourcing gaps, feeding into the integrated program plan.
- Support the program cadence: kickoffs, pacing reviews, barrier-clearing sessions, and steering updates. Partner with Digital Technology program managers to establish clear roles and responsibility split (RACI) and handover points to allow business and technical plans move as one.
- Track scope, timeline, and stakeholder alignment within assigned scope. Escalate blockers early and bring a recommendation with every escalation.
- Report program status based on real deployment data, not optimism.
Standards and Functional Readiness
- Partner with Global Process Digital Authorities to confirm that assigned sites deploy the current global standard. GPDAs own the standard; this role ensures it lands intact.
- Support functional deliverables and drive business engagement through each gate: process standards, functional requirements, data readiness, user acceptance testing, and training execution.
- Partner with Master Data Governance on data conversion and readiness, and with the ERP configuration authority on template alignment.
Site Readiness, Cutover, and Stabilization
- Support site readiness assessments and go/no-go recommendations, working with each site's Local Process Digital Authority.
- Support the go-live sequence and hyper care for assigned sites: issue triage, defect prioritization, escalation paths, and stabilization metrics.
- Track adoption after go-live with the Change and Operations lead. Flag sites below threshold and drive corrective action with GPDAs and LPDAs.
Playbook and Continuous Improvement
- Apply the DPE deployment playbook and surface improvement ideas so each wave deploys faster than the last.
- Capture lessons learned within 48 hours of a stopped or failed milestone, drive root cause analysis and feed them into the next wave.
