About RSM
As one of the world’s largest networks of audit, tax, and consulting firms, RSM is committed to delivering big ideas and premium service to help middle-market businesses thrive. We are a fast-growing firm with big ambitions – we have a clear goal to become the premium adviser to the middle market, globally. This vision touches everything we do, motivating and inspiring us to become better every day. If you are looking for a firm where you can build a future and make an impact, then RSM is the place for you.
RSM Ireland is one of the country’s fastest growing advisory firms, specialising in the provision of audit, tax and consulting services to leading domestic and international mid-market clients. We are a key member of the RSM International network and work closely with over 65,000 colleagues in 820 offices, spanning over 120 countries. RSM International is the world’s most rapidly growing accountancy network and currently ranked number six globally.
When you join RSM you’ll have a world of opportunity to build the career you want. It’s your future. Own it at RSM. Our clients range from growth-focused entrepreneurial businesses through to leading multi-national organisations across many sectors and operating nationally and across borders. At RSM Ireland, we are embracing the hybrid working model and at present all our roles facilitate this.
The Opportunity
RSM Ireland is creating a new AI, Data and Digital Solutions capability. We are looking for a hands-on Manager who can work across the firm to turn business and client challenges into practical, innovative and scalable solutions.
The role will initially be sponsored by our Tax department, where there is an established pipeline of opportunities across data analytics, automation, reporting and AI-enabled delivery. However, the role is intended to support business priorities across RSM Ireland, working with teams throughout Audit, Tax, Consulting and our internal functions as the capability develops.
As the first dedicated practitioner of this kind within RSM Ireland, you will enjoy significant ownership, direct access to Partners, structured collaboration with RSM UK's established technology specialists and a clear pathway for progression based on performance, impact and growth.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys the pace of professional services and wants direct ownership, visibility and influence. The successful candidate will help shape how RSM Ireland identifies, prioritises and delivers practical AI and digital solutions, with close Partner sponsorship and access to specialists across the RSM network.
