Digital Transformation Officer

Role Description The Digital Transformation Officer will lead and coordinate digital initiatives that improve business processes and operational efficiency across Energia Verda Ltd. This part-time remote role involves assessing existing workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization, and designing digital strategies aligned with the company’s goals in the renewable energy and financial intermediation space. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data and performance metrics, managing digital transformation projects from planning to implementation, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new tools. The role also includes monitoring digital solution performance, recommending improvements, and supporting change management and training efforts to enhance digital capabilities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Digital Transformation and Business Process improvement, with the ability to design and implement practical solutions.
• Proficiency in Digital Strategy development, including aligning technology initiatives with business and sector-specific objectives.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and delivery of digital projects on time and within scope.
• Experience in or strong interest in the renewable energy sector and/or financial services is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time workload effectively, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital tools, cloud-based platforms, and process mapping or workflow software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also considered.
