IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for providing strategic leadership and governance across Core Base, Monetization, and Portfolio Management for Fixed Broadband services, driving revenue optimization, portfolio performance, migration strategies, and customer experience. It oversees the execution of customer base management and monetization initiatives across DSL, Flash Fiber, and FWA portfolios, ensuring cross-functional alignment with Customer Operations, Technology, Digital, Regulatory, and regional teams to achieve commercial objectives and sustainable business growth.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Drive achievement of base revenue and ARPU targets through effective monetization strategies, price optimization, migration revenue growth, and value-enhancement initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Ensure timely execution of migration programs, rehabilitation initiatives, LLC interventions, and FWA readiness initiatives through effective stakeholder coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic execution governance.
• Monitor and escalate MTTR, service stability, speed experience, and optical power indicators across products and regions, ensuring timely issue resolution, proactive risk identification, and effective coordination with Customer Operations, Customer Care, and Technology teams to enhance customer experience and revenue performance.
• Develop and execute long-term portfolio strategies, 5G FWA readiness and base management plans, convergence roadmaps, joint partner bundles, and future commercial transformation initiatives to drive sustainable growth and strategic alignment.
• Drive digital transformation and enhancement of broadband customer journeys across uPTCL App, web, and other digital platforms, enabling seamless self-service, package upgrades, migrations, payments and service management to improve customer experience and digital adoption.
• Leverage advanced analytics, customer usage patterns and behavioral insights to identify monetization opportunities, drive personalized propositions, strengthen customer lifecycle management and enable proactive retention, upselling and revenue growth initiatives.
• Drive digital engagement and monetization initiatives across uPTCL App and other digital channels, focusing on increasing customer penetration, active usage, self-service adoption, campaign conversions and incremental revenue generation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related discipline from s recognized institution
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Telecommunications, or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within Telecommunications, Technology, Digital Services, FMCG, or other large-scale commercial organizations
