Compensation: USD $2,427–$3,813 per month, depending on experience and role scope

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3 PM Central Time

About the Role

Our client is a freight transportation company looking for an experienced Logistics Dispatcher to coordinate loads, communicate with drivers, and keep shipments moving on schedule.

You’ll manage multiple trucks, resolve scheduling issues, maintain accurate dispatch records, and support reliable, profitable transportation operations.

Preference will be given to candidates who can help bring owner-operators and their trucks to the company. This is not required to qualify. Candidates who demonstrate this ability may be considered for a Dispatching Manager position with higher compensation, depending on experience and responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate driver dispatch, load assignments, pickups, and deliveries.
• Manage dispatch activity across at least seven trucks simultaneously.
• Coordinate operations involving dry van and flatbed trailers.
• Monitor shipments, address delays, and communicate updates to drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Resolve scheduling and service issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and delivery information.
• Support truck utilization and weekly gross revenue goals of approximately $5,000–$6,000 per truck.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant experience in trucking dispatch or freight transportation operations.
• Experience managing at least seven trucks simultaneously.
• Experience with dry van and flatbed trailers.
• Strong spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple active shipments.
• A reliable computer, headset, webcam, stable internet, and quiet workspace.

Preferred

Existing relationships with owner-operators who could join the company. Candidates without these connections are still encouraged to apply.
